Ruffle Jacket

Yes, there are ruffles. However, they blend beautifully with the striking pattern on the fabric. The color combination of sapphire blue, black and white piques your interest immediately, then the ruffles come into focus. The wired collar, one of our all-time favorite features, has ruffles, as does the front placket. This jacket is lightweight and sheer, perfect for travel. Polyester and spandex.
